Zebra Technologies Announces October 2026 Price Adjustments Across Major Product Lines

In response to ongoing global supply chain pressures and rising component costs, Zebra Technologies is implementing a series of list price updates across its enterprise hardware and service portfolios. These adjustments aim to balance inflationary pressures across raw materials, memory, and logistics while ensuring continued delivery of high-performance solutions.

The new list prices will officially take effect on October 5, 2026. However, to accommodate system updates, Zebra will apply the updated pricing structure to all orders placed in internal systems starting October 2, 2026, at 6:00 PM CT.

While impact varies across product lines, the key adjustments include:

  • Barcode Scanners: A 4% increase applies to general-purpose handhelds and bioptics, while engines and accessories increase by 5% (excluding SW DECODE).
  • Mobile Computers: Mobile devices increase by 15% (excluding WT54 Series and Ring Scanners). Accessories and Ring Scanners increase by 5%.
  • RFID Devices: Fixed readers, modules, and most handhelds see a 5% increase. The MC33XXR and TC22R Series increase by 15%.
  • Printers & Services: All printers and aftermarket products increase by 3%, while service percentage increases vary by individual SKU.
